Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using atheno, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. The service

atheno analyzes publicly available web content and generates personalized intelligence reports based on your professional profile. The service is provided “as is” and may change as we improve it.

3. Your account

You are responsible for maintaining access to the email address associated with your account. You may not share your account or use the service for illegal purposes.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the service to analyze content you do not have the right to access
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract the underlying AI models or prompts
• Use automated tools to submit large volumes of URLs
• Resell or redistribute generated reports without permission
• Use the service in any way that violates applicable laws

5. AI-generated content

Reports are generated by AI and are for informational purposes only. They may contain inaccuracies or incomplete information. atheno does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any report. Do not rely on reports as a substitute for professional advice.

6. Intellectual property

You retain ownership of the URLs you submit and any data you provide. Reports generated by the service are provided for your personal or business use. The atheno name, logo, and platform are the property of Regulus Group.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, atheno and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service, including but not limited to business decisions made based on generated reports.

8. Account deletion

You may delete your account at any time from the Settings page. Upon deletion, all your data — including your profile, preferences, and report history — will be permanently removed. This action cannot be undone.

9. Service availability

We aim to keep atheno available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may temporarily suspend the service for maintenance, updates, or unforeseen circumstances without prior notice.

10. Changes to terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated via email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Hellenic Republic (Greece). Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Athens, Greece.
